Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My daughter is 1 year and 1 month old - she is having adenoids- kindly advise further medication. X ray also taken

Frequent eye clouser and throat moment from last 6-7 months. It stops for few days but starts again.

There is small sore on left side of tounge. Its been 3 months now. It is not painful but burning sensation feels when i eat nonveg food. Please help me through this I am attaching image

I took orofer xt as prescribed by the doctor for low hb for 3 to 4 months. After 3 months my tongue started feeling a bit stiff and rough. I applied gels, drank barley water but it continued. A feeling of less flexibility. I consulted the same general physician but he said the tongue looks fine. One more month went by and the stiffness reduced. But the tongue became rough in texture and sometimes a burning feeling, though mild particularly when I ate spicy, even Normal sambar or dal. Felt very thirsty sometimes. Still not feeling fully normal since 2 months. ENT and dentist also say no problem. No visible sores or patches. Is this burning mouth syndrome or dry mouth? Or hormonal fluctuations?

I have always yellow or green mucus from nose. Even after Antibiotic course by doctor. Is this yellow mucus normal.

Dear Doctor, Mujhe 2-3 din se gale me jeebh ke left side me or gale me bhi left side me irritation/khichav jaisa feel ho raha hai. I have attached photo of left tonsil. Mujhe nigalne me koi problem nahi hai. Mere muh me dryness rahti hai. Bhookh nahi lagti, khane me swad nahi aata or anxiety bhi bahut hai. Please help sir/mam.

I have been smoking from last 3-4 months and now recently in last week I took the first cigarette of my day and I took my first puff so strong that I think so it hit my trachea and also the early morning there was cold and right after that whenever I smoke the smoke hits my trachea and there is pain I don't have any symptoms like... •breathing issue •chest pain •heart pain •pain during swallowing But only whenever I smoke there's a slight pain so is it serious or it's because only my trachea is inflamed and how and when it will be cured Also I can't leave cigarette forever... so how should I deal it with now ?

Should I quit using the ear drops the doctor prescribed for me because it pain everytime I use it what should I do
