Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

A nose bleed can you advise some nasal spray...from morning a little worse kindly advise the same ..

Can sinusitis lead to brown or reddish phlegm in morning? As i had taken a CT scan and there is Sinus infection and a mild DNS. I have been taking antibiotics because of which the pain near eyebrow has somewhat healed but the mucus remains the same. What can be the reason? Should i go with so other test?

Previously I had 4 episodes of vertigo ,I have taken vestibular rehabilitation excercises from doctor now I am feeling normal,will I experience a Vertigo in future,what are precautions I need to take  for not recurrence of vertigo in future

I have been experiencing a constant sensation of mucus dripping from the back of my nose into my throat for the past 2–3 months. The mucus does not come out through my nose, but instead accumulates in my throat, giving me a frequent urge to cough or clear it. During this period, I had two infections: one ear infection and one tonsil infection; both of which were treated with antibiotics. However, the post-nasal drip sensation has persisted despite treatment. There is no significant nasal discharge, but I feel mucus stuck in the throat most of the time.

Hey My right side of tonsil is bigger than left side with holes in it. Enlarged tonsil was painless from last few months but from 2-3 days it's painful while swallowing, drinking, , when moving tounge. It was very painful in last year then I went to 2 different Dr. One suggested to get the tonsil removed other told there is no need to remove tonsils and gave me medicine which helped me now it's again giving pain . Please check it and tell is it normal or malignant.
