Hi doctors, I have recently developed red patch in my tongue as attached photo. It's there for more than 3 weeks and doesn't go away. There is no pain or burning sensation, may be mild burning sensation when Eating spicy food. I am attaching the photo of my tongue for your kind analysis. Please find the below details helpful for your diagnosis I never consume alcohol or some or tobacco No recent health issues or infection I don't use any mouthwash, just normal brush with colgate Vedshakti toothpaste I don't have diabetics or BP Male 37 age Please let me know what is this as I am too much worried 🙏

I first thought that it's dental issue. But upon checking it's on inside cheek wall. I'm having this for a week now. I'm feeling the cheek heavier and also having same side right ear heaviness for a month now. Could this be related??

I am suffering from severe head spin while twisting and turning while sleeping, and sometimes during drinking water direct from bottle or even picking something from floor. Whenever head movements are happening, some level of uneasiness is experienced. But dizziness while in sleep was massive during last few days , as if so, I had to hold my pillow, as I was feeling that I will fall down. Which doc should I consult. What has happened to me ? I have never faced this before. Is this because of vertigo or spondylitis?? I have taken vertin 16 and stemitil (sos), relief was short spanned .

Namaste Doctors, I am 26 years old. I had a fever, cough with throat pain last week. I had consulted a medicine specialist locally. I was prescribed crocin 650, indclav 625 twice a day for 5 days, Breaze L OD for 5 days and ascoril d plus cough syrup. I have taken cough syrup much as prescribed. Now, I don't have throat pain or fever but, I have cough and every time, I usually get cough, it takes time to cure. Since, yesterday, I have been seeing blood in my sputum when I get cough in the morning for the first thing after waking up. This persists for 1-2 hours of coughing. Then, the rest of the day, I don't see any blood in cough and mostly, get dry cough. I had a Pantocid dsr this morning. Could you please advise me what I should do ? I usually have chronic tonsil and tonsil stones issues. I am thinking even after taking antibiotics, is the infection still present in the throat or coming from the upper chest. Thanks.

For the last five years I have been suffering from granular pharyngitis. Whenever this problem occurs, it causes severe pain and stinging in the throat. It lasts for a 10 days. I have been prescribed tablets for acidity. I take some antibiotics and they are suppressed again but they never go away completely. Then, after three or four months, they get activated again. Why is it that this problem has been going on for the last five years but it does not go away completely? I am now fed up with this problem. I am a child psychologist by profession. I have to talk a lot and due to all these problems, i am not able to talk much, I feel restricted . I also have the problem of silent acid reflex. Is there any permanent solution for this? i don't have any addiction . I do turmeric salt water gargling every day and it makes me feel better temporarily, but once in four or five months, it gets activated again and it hurts a lot. Please guide me.

I’ve been struggling with Eustachian Tube Dysfunction (ETD), mostly in my right ear. Symptoms included heaviness, fullness, popping, squeaks during Valsalva, and sometimes temporary tinnitus. Ti sir, 3 months back while doing warm salt gargle I drink some amount of salt water. Suddenly I got throat pain and my voice got low for some time. I went to ent doctor he prescribed some medicine and mentioned as throat burn due to URI (Upper respiratory infections). I took medicine for 7 days but no improvement. Then I went to my family doctor and he told it's an ulcer and he prescribed betadine gargle for 3 days. Next day my brothers 4 years old son suddenly pressed my throat and it pain for 30 minutes and some liquid type felt in my throat. My family dr sent me to ENT specialist he insert one thin rod and checked in his screen and told there is nothing serious and he asked me to take mucaine gel syrup two times daily. I have consulted 2-3 ENT doctors and did USG, barium swallow and CT scan with contrast but all came normal. Two times I got cured but after eating khatta aam again I got throat pain. So pls guide what was wrong with khatta aam.

My father is not getting taste from a month. Please suggest treatment to cure this for few times he faced the issue of mouth ulcers.
