Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Green / yellow mucus coming from throat after cold this month. Regular cold and had enlarged tonsils.

I am having a whooshing sound in my right ear which is intermittent in intensity. It syncs with my pulse. It stops if i turn my head towards any side and press in the carotid pulse area of neck. Yesterday , i was prescribed tab tinnex 20mg and a multivitamin by the ENT doctor and advised for lifestyle changes and better sleep. I wanted to take a second opinion here. If it is normal tinnitus or something else.

I have enlarged tonsils in one side (left side) from six months and no pain white plaque on my tongue Please suggest me the treatment

My 2.5 year old son is breathing from his mouth most of the times now, I have noticed that during the day timings as well(4 months now) Earlier he used to do only when he catches cold,but now he does it whole night and day as well, also he keeps getting too frequent colds. should I be concerned or any way I can help him with this?

Sinus headaches have been occurring every other day for 4 years. Often induced by blowing air. Headaches reduce at night. Medications like Sinarest are ineffective. Please help.

Running nose, Ears are blocked , throat is congested. Continuous cough and mucus is coming. Cough is severe if I am lying in the bed. Body pain also there. This continues for past three days, No medicine taken. Only steam is inhaled.

I have got a throat infection 15 days ago but now it is completely fine but now when I touch deep inside under my jaw I feel like something is moving when I press it.Its not visible but I feel it.Can it be swollen lymph node or salivary glands or something else.Also I feel same thing in left side as well but does not feel as fluently as of right side.Please help with the concern.I have attached a photo as well.
