Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ear drum got damge and doctor prescribed some medicine and ear drop but while using ear drop it pain what should I do

I have enlarged tonsils, tho it's painless im worried about it, im scared it may not be normal, sometimes painful swallowing is there, i couldn't differentiate if the pain is because of tonsillitis or cold but i know it's just big as long as i can remember, now im terrified as this might cause me problem when I'll be planning for pregnancy i have checked it before and the only one ENT doc in our city said it's not necessarily needed surgery, surgery only applies to severe cases will anyone enlighten me regarding my case? i would like to get a second opinion

Hello doctors,Last July,24 I had my Tympanoplasty surgery in left ear by Dr Ravi at Banglore.Everthing was normal,from last few weeks I feel a little jam,block sensation in my ears.Few time I removed Wax.Normal Wax it was.But yesterday I checked the ear and found a WHITISH THING in eardrum mainly where the graft was placed.I was shocked and little nervous.Im attaching the same photo of this, please have a look.Later I searched internet and there are so many things about it.But I can confirm grafting was normal,no symptoms of graft failure,Haven't faced Tinnitus, Dizziness, Headache and no Yellow Discharge from ear.Then I tried to connect with doctor. Unfortunately he is not available. As advised by Dr,That day I dropped few drops of Coconut Oil.Today the whitish part is partially disappeared.Whay was it and why sudden it appeared. Please look at the photos kindly and give me suggestions 🙏 I'm really anxious

I have had severe throat pain since last week. Noticed a small bump near the right tonsil area. I also have chills and feel feverish. Went to the Dr. They checked for flu and COVID which comes -ve. Tested throat culture and results didn't come yet. Dr said that bump near the tonsil looks like a fluid filled bump. he didn't concern about it much. Told my ears and throat looks red but not infected. Gave me steroids injection and prescribed augmentin antibiotics. I started antibiotics on Friday night. Next day was ok.  Today I feel more chills and feverish. Along with more throat pain. The palm and foot are feeling very hot and body feels chilly. Temperature is normal but body feels very chills and feverish. Is it normal to feel more sick after starting the antibiotics? I am not sure if I need to get another opinion. I am feeling sick more than before. It's the third day of antibiotics and not feeling better today. Does it look like tonsil abscess? Thanks.

I have been suffering from head ache,light nausea ,vision problem from 3 months.consulted ENT. 2 months back done one CT scan then only I knew that I have  sinusitis.After having medicines for 2 weeks including antibiotics I was all right. Now again I am getting head aches[front and  back] nausea,and notice vision difference. today done CT again.please check my reports do I need surgery or medicines are enough.please suggest...
