Hearing loss, Tinnitus, 4 month untreate

Duration: ~4+ months. Cause: 1–2 hrs loud DJ music + close shouting to L ear. Initial: Heaviness, no pain; L ear slower pressure equalization, “chuu” after Valsalva. Tightness on L jaw and some time move caused some loud pop sound and felt free. Doctors told it's just psycological and sinus conjession gave nasal drop. Progression: Continued noise exposure, train and traffic horns, poor sleep → worsened tinnitus, “tok-tok/fod-fod” with loud sounds/own voice, clicking with head/ear movement, mild L pain, occasional R discomfort. Audiogram: Initially normal; later L 30–40 dB loss(tested again after 4 months), R normal. Treatment: Audio Vit-Z (worsened symptoms), now NAC + Ubinext LC. Other: Chronic sinus, thyroid issues. Likely: Noise-induced SNHL, cochlear synaptopathy, tinnitus, TTTS, ET dysfunction. Ear sensations: Voluntary tightening/humming (tensor tympani), involuntary flutter after loud sounds, separate mild “tik-tik” movement unrelated to main muscle. stress 📈Soundsensitivity.

Post op symptoms of fess , septoplasty ?

I underwent a fess, bilateral turbinectomy, and septoplasty (dns to the right) about three weeks ago and also had the first endoscopic cleaning done after 10 days post surgery. I still feel pain/itching sensation around the place where turbinates are located, sometimes there's heavy mucus mixed with blood secretions. I'm following all the post op care advise given by the surgeon like not blowing my nose , frequent saline sprays, rhinofit oxy sprays , and sneezing with mouth open. Are these symptoms normal? When would the pain go away completely?

Worried about mouth cancer

I am a 22 year old young man. 6 months ago I developed a blister on my cheek near my wisdom tooth. Initially it was painful and red and was slightly raised, but after some time the pain and redness disappeared and a white round spot was left which was not healing. I consulted 6 dentists, all of them advised me to get my wisdom tooth removed and said that this is happening due to injury to the wisdom tooth. Then I got my wisdom tooth removed 2 months ago, but still this white spot has not healed completely. I used to eat paan masala earlier, but as soon as this problem occurred, I stopped eating it. Now I am not used to it. Now I am scared and worried that I might have got mouth cancer. Please tell me what is this and can it cause mouth cancer. I am very worried.🥹

Sneezing starts every morning on waking

Hello Doctor, I am 26 years old. Since December 2024, I am facing a repeated problem of sneezing and cold. Earlier I never had such issues. My main symptoms are: As soon as I wake up in the morning, sneezing and cold start immediately. Frequent sneezing before the cold fully develops. Running nose, and sometimes mild nasal blockage or congestion (but not completely blocked). The symptoms last for 2–3 days, then I get relief for a short while, and after that, it suddenly starts again. Medication tried: I take Cetirizine tablets whenever the symptoms start. It gives me relief for 1–2 days, but then the cold comes back again. This has been happening continuously since December, and I am very tired of it now. Could this be due to allergy or some sinus-related issue? Kindly suggest what tests or treatment I should go for. Thank you.
