Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am 28 years old male diagnose switch otosclerosis and moderate hearing loss and it has worsened over 4 years from 30-50 db I want guidance on what to do as I understand there are 2 options hearing aids or stapedotomy/stapedectomy considering I am young what is the best plan of action my family people have the same situation but they got diagnosed at an older age(40-50)  and have been using hearing aids for a long time now. with surgery my concern is due to my young age I will have multiple surgeries and each with higher risk of dead ear I have high frequency tinnitus as well

My daughter had cough and cold . She is 3.6 years. Had ascoril ls. Cough is better but now she has 2-3 white spots/ eruptions in her throat. Now she is taking augmentin. Last month too she had throat infection. We live in ncr where the aqi is above 350. Also, shd did not brush for 6 days straight. Can that also contribute to such white patches?

I got this piercing 9 months back but this bump appeared out of nowhere,it doesn't hurt but it's concerning me.

Behind the left ear there is swelling and a gath from side like a circle. It pains when i open the mouth or chew the hard food or strech the mouth. The ear, mouth and neck are streched and swelling near the neck

I've had cold and sneezing issues since childhood (20+ years). The problem disappeared after I moved to a metro city, but it returns whenever I visit my native place. Is this an allergy?  Can you help identify the allergic substance causing this? which specific test shall I do?
