I have stuffed nose entire winter. I can't sleep without using nasal spray like otrivin or nasivion. I am afraid I am overusing it, i use it like a drop. Can it cause any problems if used regularly?

I m currently taking 100mcg thyroxine..can I get tips on how to manage so that my thryoid issues get back to normal...any thing to add in diet? What to do what not..pls

Today i suddenly noticed white patches on tongue surface which is not removable even after using a tongue cleaner.I am worried.I smoke on average 5 cigerettes since 10 years.I am attaching the pictures.

Hello doctors I am having cough, dry cough and throat ache from past 11 days now. Showed to my local doctor, finished my antibiotics course, but still my cough is not going. I m tired of coughing. It started with eating cold desserts and still 11 days m coughing so much. Tried home remedies gargle but still cough is there. Kindly suggest good medicine or tablet for my cough to stop. And sore throat also.

I have been diagnosed with acute ulcerative in throat..mentioned medicine has been prescribed in have taken my dosage at 8.30 for sometime there was little relief in pain but again having extreme pain what should I do should I take dolokind aa one more..can be swallow anything..unable to sleep because of pain

I was a chronic smoker since 5 years . Quit smoking since 1.5 month . I have been experiencing throat pain especially while swallowing and can also see white patches on the roof of my throat . My sputum is also dark in colour I am scared please help me

Today morning I felt sore throat and when I cleaned my throat I can see bloody mucus like 3 times after that I don't see any mucus I had fried Chicken and cold Pepsi yesterday night after having I felt sore throat I have quitted the smoking but 3 days back I smoked 3 cigarettes for 2 days during travelling so is it serious I am facing this issue every year in December whenever I get cold I face this problem
