Got throat infection full pain not able to gulp my own spit as well, taking azythromycin and zedol p from one week please help doctor, I had lot of cool drinks and cool water in recent days where it started then I had cheese pizza these things

Start doing gargles and have simple plain boiled food .
Adequate hydration is also essential
Take chymoral forte thrice daily before meals
Take consultation if symptoms are severe and dont subside
