About throat infection

Asked for Female, 27 Years

From last two weeks I am facing issue on the left side of my throat and it feels as if there is a thorn on the left side. Today I checked with pharmacist, he saw my mouth and said there is an infection. Could you please guide why it's happening. He gave me flagyl er, vitamin and unienzyme Attaching video of my mouth for reference
