Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello doctors. Ive been having throat tightness for around 2 days . Today i feel like its slightly even choking me as if theres a weight over my throat. It started again since last night when suddenly i felt as if my throat was tightening when i was drinking tea and it quickly led to feeling of a lump in the left side of my throat. It stayed that way untill evolving into feeling of mucus in throat and this slight choking sensation. Ive had similar sensations that occured episodically around 4 times within the past 20 days or so. It comes , stays for hours or days and gets better. Ive been suffering from anxiety since 27 days now if thats relavent. I also have pain in my jaws when i feel slightly better from my anxiety and the pain gies away when my anxiety comes back. Please please please help me.

I have Chronic Post Nasal Drip , Air way Inflammation then doctor prescribed Floracart inhaler, Dunasone Nasal Spray after using I got HPylori then followed Candida Esophagus. The other doctor said it is possible due to the inhaler then suggested to stop and then prescribed me Allergy Oral Drop. These Allergy Drop will have any side effects and it will cure my issue. I almost lost the 13Kg please help me with suggestions.

Hello doctors, my problems are 1. Whenever i wake up and wash my face with water, i get sneezes like 10 times continuously 2. Whenever i rub or touch my nose i get like 10 sneezes continuously 3. Whenever i drink water, i sneeze like 10 times continuously 4. Whenever i sitting on chair, and if i get up from chair ,i get like 10 sneezes continuously 5. I'm getting sneezing randomly all through the day I'm very irritated by this and it's decreasing my quality of life, i went to Ent doctor, he did some scans and said i have normal Nose 🐽 no structural problems 🐽 and send me away, he not taking me seriously 😞😞 What problem is this, what to do,? and only sneezing there is no mucus, runny nose or any pain or swelling or any other things, Please tell me any solution or any drops or pills to stop this condition 😵😵😵

I feel very much irritation with anyone talking near me even in low voice now when voice is loud that makes it unbearable i can stay there and i feel sensation in my head and ears and my ears feel dry and itchy , i am facing this problem for last 5 or more months and it is getting more worse than before day by day and some days are without this sensation but now seems daily unbearable is there anyone who is going to diagnose what is this and i did go to many doctors , i didnt get any suitable treatment other than montelekast and some tablets that is it every time i go same is given to me , i did audiometry test which is normal . Kindly if there is any who can tell me what i am suffering from 👏

Dear Dr, There are three purple spots on my father tongue and also tongue color purple at bottom side from 2 weeks ..sometimes it feels rough on these spots... Please suggest what to do and is any serious issue?

12 yr ago mastoid surgery in left ear. It is prone to itching and infection. This rainy season also, it started itching and now even the rains are gone. Itching is too much but no pain and since yesterday there is slight feverish feeling. Itching becomes unbearable at night. Sinus is also congested and left side heaviness in head.
