I have problem of snoring since years..I snore with open mouth..next day it's very tired feeling to get up..feels like sleep is not complete..can't go to anybody house too for a stay.. getting married soon..I don't want my wife to stay away from me because of this issue

I had miscarriage in May 2025. Post that every night around 2am I am continously sneezing, and feeling pain on roof top of mouth and feeling swollen. Running nose, sometimes pain in ears and jaw. Continously coughing, after taking mulethi, felt good. But swollen on top of mouth is normal in cold? How it can be resolved.

I have vocal cord ulcer they are almost healed but there is vocal cord congestion so dr prescribed me picort 6 tablet and i am also taking gitam plus ( gikbo biloba-120mg & piracetam-800 mg) tablet..i forgot to tell dr about this.. so will these two tablets get interact with each or its ok to take it? will it nullify the effects or is there any side effects? plz tell me & plz  don't say consult to ur dr bcz i m 300 km away from him and my next follow up is after 1 months so plz tell me is it ok or they will interact? or gikbo biloba will reduce the effect of picort 6 tablet? and i am taking gitum plus on alternate days but picort 6 is taking daily..
