Certain foods triggering phlegm
Hi! From past two years I just noticed if I consume peanut butter for a weak atleast soon I'll start to experience throat irritation which leads to sore throat, fever and then disperse of a lot of phlegm like in every two minutes I have to spit it out and same with bananas as well and if I went to doctor they'd say I got a bacterial infection. What's more bizarre is I could easily eat them until I was 26 without having any repurcussions so it wasn't something I had since start. I don't understand why this happens now yet is it because I don't refrigerate peanut butter and consume it?
