Hi Doctor,
From yesterday I've noticed blood in phlegm while cough, But NOT in Saleva. and I'm having continues cough during nights since last 2 days. Kindly advice, pls

Forceful coughing sometimes can cause rupture of small blood vessels inside your airway and cause these symptoms. Usually treatment with mucolytics, cough syrups and steam inhalation is sufficient
