Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello I am 19 year old male I have been suffering from chronic allergy rhinitis and deviated nasal septum quite long firstly I have did homeopath treatment which never gave result and expensive and after sometime gone for ent doctor prescribed medicine it was little effective gave some relief but not whole problem is solved again I am currently doijg homeopath mixture also and classic but nothing is working for even I have polyps so which will be best specialised treatment for this even sometimes energy exhaust and mood swings tired suggest treatment for either supressing or permanent cure

In night time when I go to sleep my nose gets choked and breathing becomes difficult this sleep gets disturbed

My diagnosis: Deviated nasal septum (DNS) Chronic bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy Recently noted Grade 3 tonsil enlargement My symptoms: Chronic sleep issues with daytime tiredness and dark circles Frequent headaches One-sided nasal blockage Heavy snoring Occasional episodes of suffocation while sleeping, waking up suddenly Mild nasal discharge in the morning Recommendations from two doctors: Doctor 1: Advised a sleep study and, based on evaluation, recommended surgery combining coblation tonsillectomy, FESS (if needed), and septoplasty. Doctor 2: Suggested starting with septoplasty and turbinate reduction alone. He advised monitoring symptoms afterward and considering tonsillectomy only if issues persist. I would appreciate your guidance on which approach might be better in my case. Thank you for your time and advice.

Why I am not feeling my left ear as normal as right ear. I had tympinoplasty type1 in my left ear 3 months back. Please help. It feels little heavier than right one.

Respected sir, during one month i have been suffering ear inflammation. I consulted a doctor and she advised me to do USG report. then she advised no medicine to need. Now my ear problem not to solve.there is a heaviness under the left ear.What should I do?

I had bells palsy in April... recovery was good ...show to neurologist .. had some headache ...but recovered...no headache ..but from two days ear pain is there.. any thing serious again or nerve recovery is going on...

I am feeling pain in throat like itching. I had this problem with cold and fever 20 days back and doctor told me it was tonsilitis and gave me antibiotics. Now again I feel throat itching and right side throat paining. No fever, and have slight cold. Also feel pain inside both side of the jaws. I have wound in just opening of  right ear and i felt pain and itching also .no fever no pus no hearing loss but some blood spot i saw while i am cleaning it through ear bud .what should i do . can I use in eardrops after 5 days  no blood spot but itching my ear is also dry  please advice.
