Hi, u can try xylometazoline nasal drops, twice a day with steam inhalation thrice a day, also take antihistamine, but since it’s been a month go to ent as there can be fluid build up behind your eardrums. Is there any recent history of travel? Try nasal drops with steam inhalation.
Next Steps
If it is not resolving within 3-4 days, meet ent and get medications prescribed
Health Tips
U can also do valsalva but with caution. Since we don’t know if there is fluid behind the ear drum or is it just ET blockage and retraction of ear drum.
