Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi m having this problem from 7/8 months mucus not coming out i took an xray back then and it showed sinus but m still having this issue right eye tingling right side headache and mucus which doesn't come out i am attaching my PNS xray if u can please help

I’m 32 weeks pregnant and for the past few months, I’ve been experiencing a banging or thumping sound in my ears. My ENT said everything looks normal, but it hasn’t gone away. My blood pressure is normal, and I don’t have a cold. Could this be related to pregnancy changes — like hormones, blood flow, or fluid buildup — or should I be worried about another underlying issue?

So I have few symptoms I don't know what this is please help me 1.feeling little bit dizzy always 2.whenever I lye down don't know why my neck become tight from sides and feeling heaviness in neck 3.i feel like breathlessness like I have to take deep breath to feel good just like Kheech kar sans lena 4. Always worrying and scanning my body 5.no cold or cough but sore throat at morning 6.force a burp ro feel good Please help me what is this suffering from this it's been 4 months....earlier I had cardiophobia when my cholesterol was high so I did all my chest test all test are normal ecg,echo and tmt

I have the right level II cervical lymphadenopathy (1.5x1.5 cm), mobile and non-tender. FNAC revealed granulomatous inflammation with necrosis. Mantoux test and chest X-ray normal. AFB negative. In MDR-TB (CB-NAAT) test report also Mycobacterium tuberculosis not detected. Took antibiotics for 15 days. 2 months completed. No increase in swelling. However some swelling still persists. Presently taking only supplements prescribed e.g. water soluble curcumin and multivitamin. As per the doctor prescription a PET CT also done. The PET scan report is FDG-avid mildly enlarged right level II lymph node as described – FNA proven granulomatous disease. No definite PET/CT evidence of clinically significant abnormal hypermetabolism elsewhere. What should be done further.

Having hearing problems is because of my sinus, or it can be different problem in itself? And should I buy air purifier for sinus?

Hello doctorss 1. Whenever i wake up and wash my face with water, i get sneezes like 10 times continuously 2. Whenever i rub or touch my nose i get like 10 sneezes continuously 3. Whenever i drink water, i sneeze like 10 times continuously 4. Whenever i sitting on chair, and if i get up from chair, i get like 10 sneezes continuously 5. I'm getting sneezing randomly all through the day I'm very irritated by this and it's decreasing my quality of life, i went to Ent doctor, he did some scans and said i have normal Nose and No structural problems and send me away, he not taking me seriously Can you please tell what to do or suggest any drops or 💊💊 😞😞😞 its been 6 months I'm sneezing like this

Hi my doctor diagnosed that there is some tissue growth inside my nose, they advised for surgery, is there any option or medicine treatment available to relief without any surgery. Attached my prescription for more details. Thanks

I’ve been experiencing mild to strong itching in both ears for a while. I suspect it might be due to earwax, but when I try to clean with earbuds, nothing really comes out. I’ve also noticed a slight decrease in my hearing ability compared to before. There’s no pain, discharge, or other major discomfort. Could you please advise what might be causing this and suggest the right treatment?

Since 2 days I am feeling slight pain below my right ear and also in the jaw area, along with pain I also feel pressure in this area, there is also little pain in the extreme end of right cheek, since yesterday I have a small crancker sore near upper wisdom tooth on the right, there is no fever chills or difficulty in swollowing

I had cold since the last 8-10 days and since the last 2 days my symptoms have improved a lot. My nose is now decongested. I had lost my smell and taste which is now back. However since the last 2 days my left ear is blocked. I have tried blowing with my nose closed but only my right ear pops. I tried massaging near my ear, yawning and various stuff but my left ear doesn't open. It is annoying me and I'm looking for some solution. Please help me out.
