Hard bone Lump on posterior pharynx wall I don't know what is this and I saw I week ago that there is bump on my back of uvula on throat. When I touch it feels like bone structure it don't pain don't have a problem in drinking eating or any other problem I am scared I don't know what is this and here is the image

Hi I have been suffering from vertigo since last month I also have a backache and neck pain. I visited and orthopaedic and an ent specialist who told me that I have some left year issue she did some kind of adjustment maneuver . Today while sleeping at 5 am I suddenly started feeling heavy head spinning like I am going to faint can someone tell me what could be the reason could maneuver gone wrong I am worried

Hi I am learning singing so whenever I do practice for more than 20-30 mins I feel like some air on my ears and little heaviness also like some wax is there .In singing there is alot of work of mouth so sometimes I  take oxygen from mouth after that this airy feeling comes and stay till I keep practicing 30 mins. Which drop can I use to remove wax from ear and do this airy feeling is because of wax ?? Otherwise after singing my ear is totally good no airy feeling no heaviness.

Recent ct pns for my recurrent sinusitis report showed i have small collection in my right sphenoid sinus and i have deviated nasal septum towards left. I took antibiotic course for 8 days before but i still am getting headache, post nasal drip but i am unable to make out the severity. I do not want to go for surgery directly so can anyone suggest me how do i drain my collection in sphenoid sinus?

I developed this little swelling on my tongue consulted a doctor he said due to deificinecy and prescribed medicine for 10 days its around 15 says swelling is less but still there no pain nothing as such please recommend

I have bad smell in nose from one month ...I took Amoxicillin clav...and Azithromycin 5 days as recommended by physician....smell and sticky mucus still there...mucus is frothy...I have allergies...in xray mucosal thickening of sinus... What can I do more
