Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have vocal cord ulcer they are almost healed but there is vocal cord congestion so dr prescribed me picort 6 tablet and i am also taking gitam plus ( gikbo biloba-120mg & piracetam-800 mg) tablet..i forgot to tell dr about this.. so will these two tablets get interact with each or its ok to take it? will it nullify the effects or is there any side effects? plz tell me & plz  don't say consult to ur dr bcz i m 300 km away from him and my next follow up is after 1 months so plz tell me is it ok or they will interact? or gikbo biloba will reduce the effect of picort 6 tablet? and i am taking gitum plus on alternate days but picort 6 is taking daily..

Itching in ear since 10 days , wax accumulated in ears. A year back had similar problem.....and was resolved with Quadidurm creme.

I am getting a loud snoring while sleeping. Recently I have consulted a doctor and he has suggested to undergo a sleep study. Now I have completed the sleep study. The result suggests that I have an AHI of  11.3 and RI of 15.3. Kindly share the treatment method for this disorder and expected treatment period to cure this issue. Thanks

I had bppv and vertical nystagmus from last 4 months...I got cured 99%...last day sm1 pushed me inadvertently and it got triggered a bit...I feel a slight dizziness while moving or walking...I m worried...I can't go walking now...wat to do

I am suffering from Eustanchian tube dysfunction from last one year , no problem in hearing, no wax in ear , when lye down ear hurts, have consulted 4-5 ENT , all have been prescribed antibiotics and anti histamine, spray ,have done course a lot of time , In summer season, automatically, ear and nose pain severity reduced to mild , but as monsoon starts I am feeling pain in both ear I am using fulticason ox spray at night, it gives me relief but trigger headach Impedance audiometry normal Puretone audiometry normal CT scan PNS  attached done

My nose is bleeding 2 to 3 times in a day since 3 days. My CBC, LFT, KFT, Glucose reports are normal, BP is 145/110. Still nose bleeding is continued? How I can stop? Is that some serious issue?

My T zone is crooked which is why I can't breathe properly from my nose. This is causing me to do mouth breathing and affects sleep. I snore very loudly and often wake up feeling breathless and dry. I have cold 24*7 and have throat irritations too frequently. My sleep quality has deteriorated over the years and I am unable to sleep peacefully without waking up.

I feel burning sensation on my tounge from last 7 days... But there is no type of ulcer in my mouth or tounge...also When i eat something i don't feel burning sensation...i am smoker... Is it cancer?

My Mouth is getting dry since a week. Burning sensation on the tongue while having spicy & hot things. I have consulted a doctor & prescribed Azithromycin & multivitamin (A to Z). Somewhat it's better but still getting dry & symptoms are there. Pls suggest.
