Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Last few days having few bump on my tongue deep down where throat start. Sore throat as its been cold and snow here in NL. I thought its ulcer but its like white bump type on tongue deep inside. Medicine or cream or gel ?

Please suggest a spray or solution for ear block. I get frequent ear blocks after hair wash or exposure to cold air or sleeping in AC. I have vasomotor rhinitis and tendency to develop laryngitis

I have got sinusitis and green mucus . I m using furamist for last 15 days .i was better but again due to cold weather i got problem back . Mucus is sticky now . Will furamist help in green stcky mucus?

I have been having dry cough for the past 1 year. It is on a daily basis. Get the bout at any time of the day but especially when I lie down for sleep,it is very bad. Checked for allergy, checked for thyroid ultrasound as I have hypothyroid, all normal. Throat feels tickly at the time of cough.

Since June 2025, I have been experiencing recurring symptoms. I feel a constant sensation of something dripping inside my throat, which feels like post-nasal drip. Along with this, I develop a runny nose, generalized weakness, dizziness, and occasionally fever. These symptoms recur almost every month. I have consulted multiple doctors and have taken antibiotic courses for a prolonged duration, but the problem has not been resolved permanently. I also completed a course of Montelukast + Levocetirizine, which provided only temporary relief. Despite treatment, the root cause has not yet been identified, and the symptoms keep returning. I am concerned about the frequent recurrence and would like further evaluation to determine the underlying cause and appropriate long-term management.

Male 37, having diabetes around 2 years, having GERD 6 years. Six years back and Two years back had gi endoscopy. Took h pylori eradication course. Had FESS in 2017. Often getting throat infection now a days. Had vlscopy last week in ent hospital, identified with LPR and tonsillitis. Took one week of antibiotics medicines. No improvement. While lying down feel like something stuck in throat, after gargling it is better, moreover night time feeling breathing trouble sometime, sleeping is good but daytime tiredness. Taking PPIs nearly 5 years. Had habit of drinking tea 3 to 4 times, now reduced to one time for the past one month. Weekly once eat nonveg outside. Should I continue PPIs and antacids lifelong, already taking diabetes, hypertension medicine. This throat infection and breathing issue making me worse. How to manage this, will it cause any complications because of diabetes. Attached scopy report and medication. i am not interested in sleep study. I won't get sleep in other place

Recently I got diagnosed with tonsillitis..in year 2025.i.got three times infection with severe fever and bad sore throat ...I get cold and flu so often..like in every month I get flu and cold..my throat hurts and itches...my nose runs...again and again.it keeps happening to me...it feels like my immune system has completely destroyed...I also got tested for HIV again and again..results are negative ...I don't eat cold always drink warm.water...never eat.anytging sour..still I suffers from all these again and again

Doctor, I smoked for about five years. In 2023, I noticed a small lump on my pharyngeal arch. I consulted an ENT doctor, who prescribed Sporlac powder, and that lump disappeared. For the past 10 months, I have developed three small lumps on one side of my pharyngeal arch and two lumps on the other side. These lumps are not painful, not bleeding, and I do not have any difficulty in swallowing. In addition, I have multiple small white dots on my soft palate, with red-colored veins around them. I also have a habit of eating very spicy food, often late at night, and for the past three years I have mostly eaten spicy foods and rarely soft foods. These findings are causing me significant health anxiety, and I keep checking my symptoms daily on Google. My TSH level is currently 4.8 and there has been no change for the last 6 months. I am taking Thyronorm 25 mcg. Can I increase the dose? I also have eczema, which is not under control. Is this related to my thyroid condition, and can increasing the dose help?

I am taking augmentin 625 so can I combine nasal steroid (Flomist) with it? I once heard that while taking antibiotics steroid shouldn't be combine with that? Is this true? Or it is actually a more effective approach Symptoms - nose bridge pain, heaviness around eyes. Lil bit hoarse voice which comes and goes.
