I am having loud snoring problem. How can I cure it. As I am working In a night shift, I usually sleeps in daytime.

Tonsillitis white dot only 1 & Hiv Fear I have upload white part image please see After sex at 55th this white comes at right in throat corner then i done gargle salt warm water its solve in 1 day Then this problem comes at 95th Day after sext right side tonsil its from 5 days its still there Doctor given me 2 days medicine Augmentin 375 & calpol 500 & vizilac capsule and rantac tablet For 2 days its 2 days medicine complete now Its solve now White dot going off and on Me also doing gargle from 5 days also Its All Hiv Symptom?? My sex 1st - sex with sex worker and i use condom and no condom break that time 2nd - sex with my friend that time I also used condom and till 15 minutes no condom break then its break inside vagina and immediately I change the condom and sex done that time ITS HIV RISK PLEASE TELL ME? MY FRIEND SHE TEST FOR HIV 1 & 2 SERUM rapid card BLOOD TAKEN FROM HER ARM AT 54TH DAY TEST NEGATIVE COMES

Pauses in breathing while sleeping is it sleep apnea.. which docter I should consult.. even mine 4 teeth both side is missing.. is it because of that my breathing pauses ..only once while getting to sleep than I wil get normal sleep..

I moved to kota rajasthan in feb 2026 for studies and I live in a hostel here.From last few days,  I am feeling dryness in my throat and shortness of breathing. I feel like I need more air to inhale and constant dryness has gripped my throat which is not going even after drinking plenty of water. My father has obstructive sleep apnea due to distorted septum, but I don't snore while sleeping. Addition to this, I live in a locality where there are lot of peigons. I did not have any prior breathing issue. Please suggest what  to do in this situation. I haven't consulted any doctor yet. I am waiting for your response. Thank you

Since 1 month  daily 2-3 times in a day i hear my own voice loudly in my left ear while talking and after lying down it resolves or becomes less and also sometimes i am  hearing my own voice like a mild whispering in my left ear while talking..the same things which i am talking i can hear it like a mild whispering so plz tell me what is this actually ? i am really confused and also tell me  how to treat it? is there any treatment for this

In 2024, I noticed small lumps on my palatopharyngeal arch along with mouth itching and consulted an ENT doctor. He said my throat was inflamed and prescribed Sporlac powder to use whenever the lumps appeared. Over the past year, I have again noticed lumps on one side of the pharyngeal arch. Regarding my lifestyle, I consumed alcohol for two years but have now quit. I previously smoked two packs of cigarettes per day and am currently trying to quit. I have a history of eating spicy and oily foods for about four years and often ate late at night before sleeping immediately. I am experiencing significant health anxiety and frequently worry about serious conditions like cancer. I would like guidance on managing my symptoms and reducing my anxiety. Tell me whether I need to take any tests?

My daughter has been suffering from frequent cough and cold...dry cough throughout the night...we consulted a pediatrician he prescribed monticope for 2 months... After that when I stopped the medicine her symptoms became worse..we changed the doc and we got to know that she is having allergic rhinitis and adenoids...her eosinophils count 9 percent. Doctor gave her metaspray twice a day for 1 month...and he told me to stop monticope after 2 weeks...now that two weeks have crossed, the night when I didn't give Monticope..her cough became worse... So I consulted the doctor telephonically and he told me to continue monticope for another 2 months... Is there any side effects of monticope in long run .. And her allergic symptoms are better with metaspray and monticope...but the problem reoccurs immediately when I just stopped the monticope for just a night...when will get better...

Hello Doctor. I have facing issue of redness and dryness on my back throat. I have this problem from last 15 days. Mere gale me backside kafi redness dikh rahi hai aur gala always dry sa feel hota hai, I also feel little pain. Local chemist se medicine li thi jisme firstly Amoxicillin 500+Betamethasone+Pain reliever (4 Days)thi, aaram nahi milne par unhone Augmentin 625+ same (2 Days)di. After that cefpodoxime proxetil 200+Ibuprofen+Trucuf(for 2 days). Par is se bhi aaram nahi mil raha, Betadine gargles bhi kare bt no relief.  Pls suggest me the correct way what should I do, And pls suggest me any medicine, which will effective in this.
