Hello Nothing to worry about. The swelling seen in the back side of the throat occurs due to the reflux of acids from the stomach, seen more commonly in persons eating spicy foods or persons in stress.

Looks normal There is minimal cobblestoning on posterior pharyngeal wall … it is suggestive of reflux pharyngitis You can consult for further opinion

There is no problem i could see The thing that you see behind the tongue is epiglottis and its normal The back wall of throat shows some features of pharygitis

Nothing to worry. Inflammation may be because of,  acide reflex or infection. Avoid spicy and masala food Drink plenty of water
