Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been experiencing a throat problem for the past few years. After speaking continuously for 15–30 minutes, my throat becomes dry, heavy, and eventually chokes up, making it difficult to continue speaking. This significantly affects my work, as I regularly conduct meetings and presentations. I consulted two ENT specialists, underwent endoscopic examinations, and tried allergy treatment, inhaled medication, Ayurvedic treatment, and Panchakarma. Despite spending nearly ₹1 lakh, I have not found a lasting solution. I am looking for a specialist with experience in diagnosing and treating similar voice or throat disorders related to prolonged speaking, as previous evaluations have not identified the underlying cause.

Not able to taste salt with food.... When consumed with water I am able to take salt with slight extra dose

My right ear is bleeding before bleeding there was something white coming out from it and my left ear is having some hearing prblem

I have been facing mouth ulcer issues for a long time. I have visited multiple doctors before, and every doctor suggested I might have some B12 deficiency or other deficiencies. I have taken pills multiple times and done some blood tests, but the ulcers haven't healed completely. They occur every month or two, and sometimes even within two weeks. Could you please suggest how I can identify what this symptom is and why it usually occurs? Please note that the pain is severe once the ulcer appears.

Dear Doctor, Something pricked the inside of my mouth on July 2nd. Three days later, it turned into a wound-like sore. Even now, five days later, it hasn't healed. Dear Sir, I am prescribed apriprazole for psychosis, I have problem in my ear. After talking to psychiatrist they prescribed vertin. After taking vertin I am fine but when I miss dosage i start having dizziness. My psychiatrist has asked me to consult an ENT. I humble request you to take my case and assess whether vertin injection can be administered.

Hello doctor in my one nose I feel my breathing is getting block and in the other knows I feel like clear air is coming in an out but when I am looking at with a torch I am saying some kind of pink colour tissue as you can see in the photo and in the other knows it is not possible it is extra mass that is growing in my nose please reply I am very afraid please doctors tell me treatment or is it normal
