Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From one month suffering from vertigo. MRI done and everything is fine. Except type II vascular loop of right AICA crossing over proximal intracranalicular right VII- VIII nerve complex with no significant compression.

I am not able to swallow medicines ..whenever I try to swallow it comes out..gastric issues for one month ..I have some food allergies issues also..

After how many days should you remove the head wrap and does it pain when you remove the stitches after operation

Since few days having feeling of ears blocked sometimes and also occasionally have tinnitus.any advise pls

I've been having sore throat very frequently like once every 3 months from past 4-5 years. This all started back when I used to wake up I use to continuously sneeze. Now I don't sneeze but my nose is always runny or there's stuff in it. Before sleep I have to clean it or use finger during sleep as it block airway. I have tried multiple doctor all is giving same medicine antibiotics and cold treatment medicines. Last ENT specialist gave me antibiotics for tonsilis, mouthwash, nose cleaner spray, furamist spray, acidity controlling medicine and syrups. Nothing is working and I still get sore throat every 2-3 month. I am tired of living on antibiotics. Please help

I have cold since 5 days. Green mucus. I have sore throat since 3 days. It's fine in the day. It becomes worse in the night. I can't stop coughing when I lie down to sleep. Voice is barely coming out and throat is paining since morning

Under tongue swelling and slight swelling unfer the left jaw it started last night and has got more prominent but i cannot feel substance when im grabbing it
