Your dizziness needs proper ENT evaluation before considering any treatment. Continue your prescribed medications and consult an ENT specialist for examination and vestibular assessment. There is no routinely used Vertin injection for long-term management, and treatment depends on the underlying cause of your dizziness. Do not miss doses or stop psychiatric medications without consulting your psychiatrist.
Good day to you Sir, it feels uncomfortable when you suffer with dizziness. You will benefit the most if the consultation is in person rather than online, Sir. For you get the right treatment and diagnosis, physical examination is a must.
Hope you recover soon.

Kindly consult an ENT Specialist, first get your ears examination done..then if required you can go for further evaluation.
