Nose problem
Hello doctor in my one nose I feel my breathing is getting block and in the other knows I feel like clear air is coming in an out but when I am looking at with a torch I am saying some kind of pink colour tissue as you can see in the photo and in the other knows it is not possible it is extra mass that is growing in my nose please reply I am very afraid please doctors tell me treatment or is it normal

Hello, this looks like a turbinate which is part of normal anatomy of nose . You can get nasal endoscopy to diagnose your breathing issues

It's turbinate which is normally present in body.. it has increased in size.. that's why it's prominent

Doesn’t seem to b any abnormal structure. It seems nasal turbinate only but again it should be examined before putting any comment just seeing a photo. I would request to u please consult an ENT consultant to get the clouds clear
