My father got vertigo last 5 6 years.. when its happen he got spinning sensation whenever move his neck.. he has neck spondylitis .. for this vertigo issue he has problem with balancing also not comfortable when he walking in dark.. dont understand what to do.. can anyone plz help me..

Meanwhile if fathers age is above 60 and your father is having any other illness like diabetes or hypertension any past cardiac history or stroke need to do a immediate ECG , MRI brain screening rule out other pathologies and proceed with vertigo due to peripheral causes management
