This is mostly Rhinitis ( may be due to viral). Do you have facial heaviness also? Or watering eyes ?
Next Steps
- Tab Cheston cold or Tab Sinarest 1 tab twice a day for 5 days
- Syp Multivitamin 10 ml once daily for 10 days

- Remember to take plenty of lukewarm water aprrox 3-4 Litre per day.
- You may feel a little sleepy. ( so better to take rest for 2 days)
