Extreme congestion and sore throat, cold
Two days ago I got a sore throat, which i usually get once in a month or two but it goes upon gargling with a medicated mouth wash. this time it didn't go and on the 2nd day I started getting a runny or blocked nose, with ears blocked and pain in them. since yesterday its gotten worse and my whole face hurts, along with my teeth. my eyes and forehead also hurt. and my whole face and body feels sore.
there has been no fever, the cold and sore throat pain is still there along with these new symptoms. I also have a little dry cough now.

This sounds like a viral cold that has moved into your sinuses. The blocked nose, ear fullness, and pain across your face, teeth, and forehead over the eyebrows are typical sinus congestion, not a dental or ear problem on their own. No fever is a good sign, and a dry cough can follow once drip from the blocked sinuses starts.
Next Steps
Steam inhalation several times a day and a saline nasal rinse help clear the congestion. A general physician can advise a suitable decongestant or antihistamine, and check if antibiotics are needed if this doesn't ease in a few days.
