Constant itchiness in throat
Hi all suffering from Constant itchiness in throat, dry cough due to it  no bulgum, itchiness increases after I eat oily greasy food pizza or any outside unhealthy also I get itchiness  accompanied by dry cough  if someone is frying something. Can't sleep at night due to Constant irritation/ itching  in throat Wanted to know what I am facing is this allergy or something else ?

Its normal for many. But if its bothering you too much then Syp. Mucaine gel 2 tsf thrice daily before meals would help

It looks laryngopharyngeal reflux. Avoid spicy and oily food. There should be gap of 2-3 hrs between sleep n dinner
