Sir from yesterday having low fever 998 with throat pain and white spots on right side taken Azithromycin 500 ,today fever 101 taken dolo and Azithromycin,shall I need to continue or take different antibiotic pls give suggestions sir

1. Continue TAB AZITHROMYCIN 500mg once daily for 3 days more once daily after meal 2. CAP RABLET D 1CAP P/O ONCE DAILY EMPTY STOMACH FOR 3 DAYS 3. TAB SIGNOFLAM 1TAB P/O twice in a day after meal for 3 days, stop DOLO 4. WARM SALINE GARGLE Three to four Times in a day 5. SYP SUCRAL O 2TSF P/o twice in a day 20 min before meal ( if throat pain is severe enuff that you not able to swallow soft diet or even liquid with pain)

Health Tips

1. Take tummy full diet ( if not able to take full diet take soft and cold diet) 2. Avoid spicy and oliy food for few days
