Voice change over a month and throat pai

Asked for Female, 6 Years

My son's voice has changed from over 1 month and he has continuous throat pain and occasional stomach pain . He has been on 2 course of antibiotics and no fever currently. Constant throat pain and weight loss what could be the reason
