Voice from left ear i was having clogged ear but with medications clogged ear opend up but ringing noise is still there and i also found my left side jaw locking sounds when i open my mouth is this problem related to jaw or ear?... which doctor to prescribe ENT Or other?

You seem to be suffering from temporo Mandibular joint dysfunction which sometimes can cause sound in the ear known as tinnitus. This condition is primarily because of dental problems and you should consult nearby maxillofacial surgeon
