A little bleeding after cleaning my ear
I was cleaning my ear with a qtip and after I pulled my q tip out my ear started bleeding for a little bit ?? Does that mean I ruptured my ear drum ?? Is it severe ?? I also feel perfectly fine my ear doesn’t have no pain , I don’t feel dizzez , and I can hear perfectly fine too

As per your description you might have developed injury in the ear canal during ear cleaning.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment if required..
