You may have developed vocal nodule because of acute injury due to shouting. Usually it will resolve spontaneously with appropriate precautions like voice rest, steam inhalation and regular water consumption. Usually medications are not required

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. You may need voice therapy if conservative treatment fails
