Change in voice little hoarseness May be due to shouting there is little swelling in voice box should I get my throats endoscopy done?

You may have developed vocal nodule because of acute injury due to shouting. Usually it will resolve spontaneously with appropriate precautions like voice rest, steam inhalation and regular water consumption. Usually medications are not required
