Itching with voice change points to laryngitis or acid reflux irritating the voice box. Take voice rest, drink warm water with honey, avoid cold drinks, spicy food and throat clearing. If it doesn't improve in 2 weeks, see an ENT for laryngoscopy.
Next Steps
Consult me on Practo or see an ENT if no improvement soon.
