May be laryngopharyngitis or LPRD. KINDLY take voice rest. Avoid spicy and masala food. Gargle you can do. Antihistamines, and antacids will be helpful

Itching with voice change points to laryngitis or acid reflux irritating the voice box. Take voice rest, drink warm water with honey, avoid cold drinks, spicy food and throat clearing. If it doesn't improve in 2 weeks, see an ENT for laryngoscopy.

You might be having laryngophayngeal reflux disease. It occurs due ti improper food habits, stress, acid peptic disease.
Drink more water, consult ENT specialist for further management
Take chymoral forte thrice daily for 10 days
Get a laryngeal endoscopy done
Take sufficient water orally
Avoid throat clearing
Avoid spicy ,oily food
Take voice rest for a few days
