Doctor Told me to take biopsy and done surgery but as awake throughout flexible Laryngoscope with local anesthesia... Where can it be done?? can it be possible done?? due to cardiopulmonary issue and 4.7k IGE It can't be done under General anesthesia.. kindly guide

As for the lesion itself: since there is no obvious ulcer or growth, it could be simple thickening, reflux-related laryngitis, a papilloma, or an infection. But early vocal cord cancer can look exactly like this too, so malignancy cannot be excluded by appearance alone. That is why the biopsy matters — it is the only way to be sure. A stroboscopy and CT/MRI may also be advised beforehand.
Please do not delay. Lesions in this area are highly treatable when caught early.

Yes it can be done with flexible laryngoscope under local . You just have to be cooperative
Can be done in any ENT setup hospital with fiberoptic laryngoscope system and good anesthesia backup if any prblm
