Bilateral arm and shoulder pain
I have noticed that whenever I am exposed to cold weather, I develop pain on the right side of my nose. At the same time, both of my ears start popping. In addition, after waking up in the morning, I experience pain and stiffness in both shoulders, upper arms, and palms. The symptoms improve as I start moving during the day My ANCA test is normal, but these symptoms continue to occur. I would like to know the possible cause and whether further evaluation is needed Pain also feels in bilateral hip and juction of neck behind

Your morning stiffness in bilateral shoulders, upper arms, hips, and palms that improves with movement is classic for Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR). Cold-triggered nasal pain with ear popping may indicate vasomotor rhinitis or Raynaud's phenomenon. Normal ANCA doesn't rule out PMR — ESR and CRP are the key markers.
Next Steps
Get ESR, CRP, RF, and Anti-CCP blood tests. Consult a Rheumatologist. Consult me on Practo for further guidance.
