Tonsil cryptolysis
I have been dealing with tonsil stones and food debris getting stuck inside only one crypt on my right tonsil. It also causes me persistent bad breath. Is there any doctor here that can do cryptolysis procedure ? I have been suggested tonsillectomy and I don't wanna undergo tonsillectomy for this because it's just that one crypt that is causing me issues. I have searched places nearby, but they don't do this procedure.

It's better to go with a tonsillectomy. And in the cryptolysis procedure, there is a chance to again get the problem. And there were many less painful techniques with less blood loss available.
Next Steps
Consult with ENT specialist for further opinion

best treatment for this is tonsillectomy ; if dont want to under go by conventional method now a days many methods like coblator assisted are available. Cryptolysis is not the permanent solution for your problem; tonsillectomy is best and by the time u make your mind u can use dilute betadine gargles after meals

You can try conservative management using Betadine and salt water gargles alternatively. But still if the problem persists , better to go ahead with tonsillectomy.
Next Steps
Although the procedure has its own risk, it will prevent future infections and halitosis issue. since tonsils play no role in your body in adulthood, they just remain a constant source of infection
