Hello, nothing to worry about; it is laryngopharyngeal reflux disease. This occurs due to reflux of acid from the stomach into the throat. It occurs due to increased consumption of spicy foods, increased stress, and poor dietary habits. So you need proper consultation for the management.
Avoid taking spicy foods.
Drink more water.
Try to avoid tea/coffee at nighttime.
Do regular exercises.
This is granular pharyngitis.. chronic type.. if you have allergy symptoms,like sneezing, nasal watering., u can have associated throat picture like this. Till you have no symptoms it's ok, or you can take a short course on oral antiallegies in a very low dose.. avoid very hot or very cold drinks. Thank you
