Two sides tongue infection
One of my brother having this condition.What is the reason for two sides tongue infection along with group small fleshy round attached to tongue.and having severe gastric and acid reflux from 3 years apart from that no medication taking and its been 4 weeks and it is recurring having severe pain and recently visited ENT doctor.They told it is may be papillary infection or teeth irritation and vitamin deficiency .No Smoking or Drinking history.

The lesions may be due to inflamed papillae, chronic irritation from teeth, nutritional deficiency, reflux-related glossitis, or other benign tongue conditions
