Hello, from last two weeks I feel something is stuck in my throat though I know there is nothing and due to this I keep on coughing unnecessarily. It feels there is something stuck in the trachea but I m sure there is nothing

Good morning ma'am, this could be due to a condition called LPR/GERD.
It's basically due to acid reflux to your throat from stomach.
Can happen if you are going through Stress/eating spicy foods/ sleeping within 2-3 hrs after eating food etc.
As per your history provided it's s/o GERD
First of all stop forced coughing/cleaning of throat
