Hello Pa, the constant presence of acid reflux disease can affect the vocal cords also.
So it is better to manage the problem in order to avoid the development of complications.
Go to ent for laryngoscopy to see same lesion on vocal cord
And
Start with
Antacid gel
Pan dsr twicely
Limce twicely by keeping in mouth and dnt chew
And decongestant tablet
Avoid spicy meal
