1. STEAM INHALATION 3 to 4 times in a day
2. Continue TAB ELTRIZ D 1 tab at bed time after dinner for 3 days
3. TAB DEXA 8mg p/o Once in a day for 3 days (only if you're non diabetic)
4. You can use Nasal spray COMBINASE FT 1puff in each nostrils at bed time for 15 days

Shake the spray bottle well before sue each time
Take 1puff twice daily
Tablet can be continued as evening dose
But do consult your doctor if you haven’t done your check up to know the cause ! If allergy or infection
