Nasal Endoscopy
Sir, Had a sinus Fess surgery for left sided Antro Nasal Polyp 10 years back. After 5 years the polyp recurred and treated with prednisoplone. Now since last two weeks having heavy nasal drip, block, cough, throat pain, face pain etc. Consulted ENT doctor did Endoscopy as attached. He says I could have prescribed steroud nasal drops after initial surgery. However, now given DEFZA 6, CLARBACT, MUCINAC, etc and to revert back with CT scan after 10 days. Will i require surgery? Thanks

Hi Greetings The current DNE pictures do not show any polyp, however the opening to the sinus appears blocked. Final confirmation can only be done after a CT scan.

Continue medications as advised. get a CT PNS done after 1 week review with ct report and films. to consult for further opinion
