Nasal polyps hanging in nostril
I was blowing my nose then i few someyhing blocking my nostrils, i go check and it is a piece of flesh. It seems to be nasal polyps and it is very close to the external nostril.

As per your description it might be due to inferior turbinate hypertrophy or nasal polyp.. need to be evaluated by local examination.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
