Cold, blocked nose
Whenever i travel by bike or when i sit in ac, or change in whaether my nose always block, i dont have any dns, or nasal polyps, neither i sneez nor water from my eyes, just blocked nose and unable to speak

There are many possibilities which lead to this Sudden change in temperature can lead nasal blockage or dry air from AC can lead to this. Also AC needs to be service regularly as mites get trapped inside which can lead to such symptoms. To find out you are allergic or not get Sr. IgE level done If it's raised get Skin prick test done to find the allergen

Hello, Those were the symptoms of Allergic rhinitis many times it presents with a blocked nose only. 1st thing is u need to avoid the blast of air and especially cold air wherever possible. Start steroidal nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day in each nostril. Tab Montek FX one tablet at night one hour before sleep for 5 days. Gargles with lukewarm water 5-7 times a day.
