My Nose Getting Blocked... I don't have Cold..it keep shifting from left to right...nose...When I lay leftside it get blocked on left,when right it blocked at right... specially while laying...when standard its mild block... please advise

It could be due to DNS to one side and inferior turbinate hypertrophy to the other. Sometimes it’s the normal nasal cycle that one side is open and other is blocked. If it’s causing you symptoms nasal obstruction and frequent cold then it needs to be investigated.
