Facing cold & nose block
Every morning when I wake up I feel cold and nose block. After taking tea and bath it goes. This now a daily problem since last 6 months. Also I feel sometimes like something is sticking my throat but actually there is nothing in my throat when I see. Please suggest. I wake up early due to my nose block everyday.

You seem to be having allergic rhinitis. This condition can be treated effectively with the use of various medications such as antihistamine tablets and steroid nasal sprays depending on the severity. You also need to change your pillow covers and bed sheets frequently as mite dust can be frequent cause of allergy
