Having cold with nose block
Am aravind, age 34. Since last 3 days I was suffered by cold with nose block. Having difficult to breath via nose due to block and also now the phlegm turns into green and thick. Watery eyes and body ache as well.
No soar throat, cough and sneezing. Pls suggest

Use otrivin nasal drops 2 drops in each nostril 4 times a day but not for more than 5 days. As the nasal secretions are greenish suggesting sinusitis u need antibiotics, get a proper consultation

Next Steps
Take Antibiotic, Antihistaminic, decongestant nasal drop.
XRay PNS or More preferably CT scan PNS to know how much sinus involved
