SGPT Level increased

My SGPT level is 81 therefore I took hepatitis detection blood test which came negative. I am facing difficulty in breathing. I am feeling less of oxigen. My stomach is fatty than usual from last 10 days. I have taken many antaacids but none of them curing. Weight Loss Diet & Nutrition

I'm 31yrs old, targeting to lose weight by 7kgs (currently at 82.5kgs with height at 169cms). I actively workout (cardio, cross-fit and weight training) and was able to lose only 3kgs in the last 7 weeks (on low carb, zero sugars and moderate protein diet). After a high intensity workout, I kind of get weak throughout the day which is affecting my other activities. Can someone help with a balanced diet and tips for weight loss and muscle build please?
