Hello, Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. If you want to loose weight , try to spleet your meals with smaller size meal maximum food gap 2-3 hours, no afternoon Nap, take lesser oil & no deep fried item from outside, and above all take exercise time twice daily morning and evening. That's the way to fight against PCOD or PCOS
