Can I eat flattened rice everyday prework out meal or in dinner. Is it responsible for belly fat.kindly suggest me.

U can have once in a day in lunch time 1 cup (50 gm) With lots of dal and green vegetable With that do some exercise daily for 45 min u can do walk, yoga, zumba weekly 4 to 5 times also good

Hello, You can have 1 cup rice but eat it along with vegetables to increase fiber and a protein source - daal/ pulse/ sprouts/ curd/ egg whites/ 2-3 pc chicken
