Eating raw rice more than 3 years
Sir I am eating raw rice regularly and I don't know how to stop. And then now a days my skin gets allergic .I think due to eating raw rice I had allergic. Please give me a solution for quit this habit.

Deficiency of vitamin and minerals generally it happens . Do lab investigations and other needed investigations. What's your weight and height? Follow diet good nutritious plan include every thing like fruits and vegetables/non veg/paneer/egg/dals/cereals/seasonal vegetables/dry fruit/milk and milk products. Avoid outside foods and packets foods junkfoods. Drink water 16glasses daily.. Instead of raw rice at that time have dry fruits.
