White rice digestion
Is white rice easy to digest. After eating boiled white rice  how much time it will take to leave the stomach only. I am not asking about the whole digestion time only the time it remains in the stomach.

Yes, since white rice is a simple carbohydrate and lacks in fibre, it is easily digestible. It only takes around 30 to 60 minutes for white rice to digest.
