If you want to loose weight , try to spleet your meals with smaller size meal maximum food gap 2-3 hours, no afternoon Nap, take lesser oil & no deep fried item from outside, and above all take exercise time twice daily morning and evening. For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Hello It happens when you have some health issues like hypothyroidism or Pcod/ pcos etc. 1 st need to correct that then only u will able to loose don't go for pills as they have many side effects

Hello, Taking pills or medication is not advisable. It has long term side effects. Follow a balanced and healthy diet. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast -Add warm milk at night with a pinch of turmeric ad pepper power, it will help with sleep problems NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition

Hi I would suggest you not to eat any weight loss pill or any artificial thing as they may have harmful effects on your body. Its the body in which you have to live in so take care of it and do not put any artificial thing. And if u have a lost nothing in 5 months then there must be some reason. It can be a not proper diet or not following the diet under the expert or you following a random plan or any other reason. I would recommend you to meet me for 1 to 1 counseling session so that I can assess and know what's wrong in your diet due to which have not lost weight. A medical reason can also be the reason. So stop reacting and start responding and book an appointment with me. My results are pretty good, in female a maximum weight loss is 5 kg in 1 month and minimum is 1.5 kg
